Scholarship funds shall be paid directly to the educational institution as payment for the recipient’s tuition at such institution.  The payment shall be made on or before September 1st.

The award of the scholarships shall be determined based on the judgment and discretion of the NEBRA Board of Directors.  The NEBRA Board reserves the right not to award any scholarship funds in the event that it determines that no application submitted meets the required criteria.  A maximum amount of $1,000.00 in scholarship funds shall be awarded each year.

There shall be no preference with regard to sex, religion, race, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, or political affiliation.
