Directors voted to allow New York USCF clubs

The Directors voted to allow New York USCF clubs, whose membership principally participates in New England USCF races, to become NEBRA members. Although, New York race promoters (of races in NY) were not accorded membership eligibility due to NEBRA’s uncertainty of being able to provide service to NY races.
