Prequalification for the LAB Cycling Instructor seminar April 15-17 Tuesday, February 22, 2005
League Cycling Instructor Charley LaFlamme has asked me to forward
information about yet another Road I class, which he will teach in
Ogunquit, Maine April 2 —
Date: Sat. April 2, 2005
Time: 8AM to 6PM
Place: Dunaway Ctr. (Police Station in same bldg.) 23 School St. Ogunquit,
Me. Downstairs.
Directions: From Main St.(Rte. 1) take Shore Rd.(Rte. 1A) for two blocks to
School St. on right.
Cost: $50.00 for Bicycle Coalition of Maine members, $65.00 for all others.
Deadline to sign up: Sun. March 20, 2005 (If spaces remain, a $25.00 extra
sign-up fee will be charged between 3-21 and 3-28)

Needed equipment: A well fitted and maintained bicycle and a helmet less
than 5 yrs old well fitted.
Needed Skills: Able to hear constructive comments, follow instructions &
drive your bike 7 to 15 miles at 12 to 15mph with a good attitude.
This class, like the others already listed, will serve as part of the
prequalification for the League Cycling Instructor seminar which Charley is
teaching in the Boston area on April 15-17. For more information on that,
