To all USA Cycling Clubs: 14th Annual Club of the Year Award Program Wednesday, October 13, 2004
Dear USA Cycling Clubs:
Thank you for your continued commitment to USA Cycling. We are anticipating another exciting year for the sport of cycling.
As we close out another great year, it is time for the 14th annual Club of the Year Award Program. The purpose of the program is to recognize USA Cycling clubs that have made an exceptional effort to develop programs that promote all aspects of competitive cycling.
Clubs with a large membership base, as well as clubs with a smaller membership base, can be recognized for their accomplishments. There are three different levels for the overall Club of the Year Award:
1. Division I (76 + members)
2. Division II (30-75 members)
3. Division III (1-29 members)
There will also be a number of special awards to recognize clubs in the following areas: junior’s program, master’s program, track, mountain biking, women’s program, collegiate development, and best new club.
USA Cycling received impressive entries in 2003 and was pleased to announce the following winners:

Please submit your applications to: Club of the Year, USA Cycling, 1 Olympic Plaza, Colorado Springs, CO 80909. All applications must be postmarked by Friday, November 19. Winning clubs will be notified by December 10 and announced on the USA Cycling website.
