Serotta Elite Women’s Series Wraps up at Maine Weekend

The Serotta Elite Women’s Series wrapped up at the Saco Bay Race weekend.
Participation throughout the season was incredible — 71 Category 1/2 women
and 30 teams took part in the 15-race series!!

Zoe Owers had great finishes at the Saco Bay Criterium and the SMCC Road
Race to wrap up her amazing season. Zoe raced in 14 series races and earned
1,110 points. Her first place prize is a Serotta Legend Ti custom frame and
fork.

Rounding out the top five are Mackenzie Dickey of Team Bike Alley (700
points), Amanda Lawrence (535 points), Lisa Maxwell of Independent
Fabrication/SMRT Inc. (530 points), and Marianne Stover of Independent
Fabrication/SMRT Inc. (410 points). They will choose from the following
prizes: taxes done by Liz Campbell CPA, three weekend passes to the
Waterville Valley Nordic Center, a gift certificate to Fabish Sport, and a
gift certificate to Bike Doc Training.

Independent Fabrication/SMRT Inc. led the team competition from the very
first race, and finished with 2,035 points. The team won a case of wine and
a gift certificate for a team dinner.

Amanda Lawrence, the series promoter, and the rest of us who helped out
