URGENT MESSAGE from USAC re: RELEASE FORMS

A notice just came from Theresa Delp the membership director at USAC that the 2003 standard release forms previously available on the USAC website are invalid. A sentence is missing which could create legal problems. The same is true for any one-day license forms. It is recommended that the previous forms be destroyed. New forms are being sent to promoters for this upcoming weekend. The new forms are now available to download.
