DEDA Synapsi bars ruling

Matt Murphy the National Events and Technical Manager at USAC just sent a statement regarding the use of these bars. A ruling has come down from the UCI that these bars will not be allowed in massed start events. They will be allowed in time trials,individual nad team pursuits,kilometre and 500m time trials. USA Cycling has deemed these bars illegal as well.
