Looking for a great race venue? How about Lime Rock ?

The general manager of Lime Rock, which is an auto racing track has expressed the interest in having more cycling events at the track on Sundays. (There is a noise ordinace which won’t allow for auto racing on Sundays.)

Last year as a fundraiser for the Lance Armstrong Foundation
(LAF) I organized the Tour de Lance Bike-a-thon in July.
This year we are on tap for another Tour de Lance, as well as
a Secondary School Bike-a-thon in April.
I am also working with Bethel Cycle on a race for early May.

The manager has asked if I can come up with a race event to
fill a gap in their July 4 weekend schedule. My deal with
them is that a portion of the race revenue benefits the Lance Armstrong Federation. So,
I am wondering if you know of anyone looking for a great venue, check out www.limerock.com, to put on a good event??
We’re also open to other dates as well.
