NEBRA ANNUAL MEETING and ELECTIONS

Folks:
Marka sent out a recent email noting the poor participation in the recent USAC election. We need to do better than that here in New England.

This is the current list the clubs who have paid NEBRA dues:

NEBRA is the governing body for competitive cycling in New England (other than MTB). It makes decisions that regulate how you participate in competitive cycling.

The NEBRA Annual Meeting will be held November 23, 2003 in Palmer, MA. Each NEBRA Member will be able to vote for Directors (5 Directorships, Members have 5 votes and 5 highest vote-getters are elected), and the NEBRA policies for 2004.



Only NEBRA Members may vote.



Letters will be going out (via email and via regular post to those without email) explaining the current membership status.



Subsequent to the above letters, ballots will be sent out to Members. Members may vote by attending the Annual Meeting or by submitting their ballots (all will be explained in the ballot materials).
