last updated: 2008-10-07 There were new road ,cyclocross and track upgrade guidelines established for 2008. Please note that the upgrade guidelines that are posted on this website are not correct. Please refer to the USA Cycling Rulebook for the correct 2008 version.Sorry for the confusion.
